- Ginny & Georgia stars Brianne Howey as a mother with a troubled past who moves to a new town with her two kids.
- Ty Doran and Noah Lamanna join the season 3 cast.
- The third season features 10 episodes and premieres on Thursday, June 5.
With every new episode, Ginny & Georgia pulls viewers further into a tangled web of secrets, jaw-dropping plot twists, and raw drama.
Created by Sarah Lampert, the hit Netflix series centers on Georgia (Brianne Howey), a mother determined to build a fresh start for herself and her two kids after moving from Texas to Massachusetts. Beneath her Southern charm and friendly nature, though, lies a fierce resilience and dark past that her wealthy neighbors would never suspect.
Ginny & Georgia was renewed for a third season in May 2023, with its premiere set for June 5, 2025. The new season begins right where season 2 left off, with Georgia being put in handcuffs at her wedding for the murder of Cynthia’s (Sabrina Grdevich) husband. The new episodes will follow the Millers as they prepare for her trial and whatever drama comes next.
Alongside Howey, the cast includes Antonia Gentry, Diesel La Torraca, Felix Mallard, Scott Porter, Jennifer Robertson, and more. The third season will also introduce fresh faces like Ty Doran and Noah Lamanna.

Brianna Howey is widely recognized for her leading role in Ginny & Georgia, but her acting career spans more than a decade. Her résumé includes appearances in Batwoman (2019–2020), Dollface (2019–2022), Dear Santa (2024), and Kinda Pregnant (2025).
Howey plays Georgia on Ginny & Georgia, a fiercely protective mother willing to go to great lengths for her kids. The actress previously shared with Entertainment Weekly that the character hits pretty close to home.
“Truthfully, I grew up with a young single mom. My mom had me at 21, and when I first read the script, there is so much of my mom in Georgia,” she explained. “She’s savvy. She did what she had to do, whatever it took to take care of us, and she had to be incredibly, incredibly creative at times.”

Before landing her big break with Ginny & Georgia, Antonia Gentry appeared in a string of smaller roles that gradually built her career. She made her feature film debut in Netflix’s 2018 romantic comedy Candy Jar, and has since starred in the sci-fi slasher Time Cut (2024) and the Hulu comedy Prom Dates (2024), where she starred alongside The Four Seasons actress Julia Lester.
Gentry plays Ginny, Georgia’s intelligent teenage daughter who grapples with her identity.
In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, she shared that she auditioned for the role during a hectic week, right as she was graduating from Emory University.
“I was kind of stressed out, but then I got this really, really cool script and I thought, ‘Okay, well, I’m just gonna do a tape and think nothing of it’ because I had all this other stuff going on,” she recalled. “They ended up loving it and calling me back. Then they flew me out to L.A. and put me in this really cool, fancy hotel — it was just super fun.”
Diesel La Torraca as Austin Miller

Like his onscreen big sister, Diesel La Torraca’s breakout role came on Ginny & Georgia. Born in 2011, the young actor didn’t have a ton of major credits before joining the Netflix series, but he did begin acting at a young age.
You might recognize him for his role opposite Oscar winner Lupita Nyong’o in the zombie comedy Little Monsters (2019), as well as his appearances in series such as Lambs of God (2019) and La Brea (2021).
On Ginny & Georgia, La Torraca plays Austin, Georgia’s Harry Potter-obsessed son. Speaking with Brit and Co at the season 3 premiere, he hinted at deeper emotional developments and “heavy situations” for his character.
“I feel like we’ve never really seen that before, and he deals with a lot of heavy thoughts and knowledge this season,” he said.
Sara Waisglass as Max Baker

Canadian actress Sara Waisglass rose to fame as a child star, gaining recognition for roles on Overruled! (2010–2011), Degrassi: The Next Generation (2013–2015), and Degrassi: Next Class (2016–2017). Waisglass is also known for the movies Mary Goes Round (2017), Cascade (2022), and Suze (2023).
On Ginny & Georgia, Waisglass plays teen lesbian Maxine “Max” Baker, Ginny’s energetic best friend. While she’s charming and loyal, Max struggles with narcissistic tendencies and often lashes out at those close to her.
Ahead of season 3, Waisglass appeared on L.A.’s KTLA 5 and gave a glimpse into what fans can expect: “Max is frankly terrified to be overdramatic the way that she was in season 2, so she kind of overextends herself. She really wants to be there for Ginny and everything she’s going through, but it’ll be a very interesting ride.”
Felix Mallard as Marcus Baker
Marni Grossman/Netflix; Axelle/Bauer-Griffin/FilmMagic
Australian actor Felix Mallard has been steadily making a name for himself, beginning with his role as Ben Kirk on the long-running Australian soap opera Neighbours (2014–2019).
He went on to star in the CBS comedy Happy Together (2018–2019), which was loosely based on a time in executive producer Harry Styles’ life when he lived with producer Ben Winston and his wife, Meredith. Mallard portrayed Cooper James, a character inspired by the “Watermelon Sugar” singer himself.
You may also remember him from his roles in Locke & Key (2020–2021), Zoey’s Extraordinary Playlist (2021), and the Max film Turtles All the Way Down (2024).
Mallard plays Marcus, the brooding boy next door and Ginny’s love interest. He’s also Max’s fraternal twin and grapples with depression, a storyline Mallard told Deadline was “important” to portray on the show.
“Tackling this depression storyline, it wasn’t lost on me how important it is to have a storyline like this for young men,” he said. “For me, it’s really important to show young men that it’s okay to struggle with depression, it’s okay to struggle with all of these emotions. Because their representation isn’t necessarily seen that often, if young men can look at it and assess their own stuff, and I think that is always the goal.”
Jennifer Robertson as Ellen Baker

Canadian actress, writer, and comedian Jennifer Robertson got her start in sketch comedy. She’s likely best known for her role as Jocelyn Schitt on the hit sitcom Schitt’s Creek (2015–2020), a performance that earned her a Screen Actors Guild Award in 2020 as part of the ensemble cast.
Recently, Robertson starred in the Netflix rom-coms Single All the Way (2021) and Hello, Goodbye, and Everything in Between (2022).
On Ginny & Georgia, Robertson plays Ellen, the Millers’ witty and sweet neighbor who forms a close bond with Georgia. She’s also the mother of the twins, Marcus (Mallard) and Max (Waisglass).
Scott Porter as Mayor Paul Randolph

For many fans, Scott Porter will always be remembered as Jason Street, the star quarterback whose life takes an unexpected turn in the pilot of NBC’s Friday Night Lights (2006–2010). Beyond the gridiron, Porter has showcased his range on series like The Good Wife (2010–2011), Scorpion (2016), and Up Here (2023), plus a host of of voice-acting roles.
Most recently, Porter showed off his vocal chops as Gumball in season 11 of The Masked Singer, ultimately coming in second place behind his Bandslam (2009) costar Vanessa Hudgens.
Porter portrays Mayor Paul Randolph, Wellsbury’s charming mayor and Georgia’s eventual husband. During a recent chat on The Rich Eisen Show, Porter laughed about his evolving career, stating, “I’m now in the parent generation, and it’s so weird going from the young football player and now I’m the mayor.”

Raymond Ablack might as well be Netflix royalty at this point, with roles in several of the streamer’s hits shows, including Maid (2021), Workin’ Moms (2023), and of course, Ginny & Georgia.
Long before his streaming takeover, Ablack got his start as a child actor and fulfilled his Canadian rite of passage with a role on Degrassi: The Next Generation (2007–2011). His film credits include Buffaloed (2018) and the lovely rom-com The Broken Hearts Gallery (2020).
Ablack plays Joe on Ginny & Georgia, a coffee shop owner whose history with Georgia dates back to their teen years. He’s a fan favorite, and many viewers (and cast members) think he’s the one Georgia should end up with at the end of the show.
Ahead of season 3, Ablack spoke with Photobook Magazine about why Joe strikes such a chord with fans: “I think people identify with his quiet, unrequited love story. Who among us hasn’t wanted someone who wanted someone else, right?” he said. “I really admire Joe’s lack of ego in the face of rejection and heartache. He never retaliates or turns his back on Georgia — he’s just steadfast for her. A loyal underdog.”
Katie Douglas as Abby

Katie Douglas is best known for Ginny & Georgia, though she earned early acclaim with a Daytime Emmy nomination for playing Sally Wilcox in the action-adventure series Spooksville (2013–2014). Most recently, she took on the leading role of Quinn in the 2025 slasher film Clown in a Cornfield.
Douglas steps into the shoes of Abby, a member of the tight-knit MANG friend group (Max, Abby, Norah, Ginny) and struggles with some deep insecurities.
Chelsea Clark as Norah

Chelsea Clark is a rising Canadian star who started turning heads on Degrassi: Next Class (2016–2017) and hasn’t slowed down since. She exudes an enviable mix of charm and edge that makes her turns in projects like Tokens (2019) and The Protector (2022) feel fresh and real.
Clark portrays Norah, a friend of Max and Ginny and part of MANG.
Nathan Mitchell as Zion Miller

Nathan Mitchell has been hustling in the acting world for a minute, but it wasn’t until 2019 that he really blew up with The Boys. After a gnarly death in season 3, Mitchell (sort of) reprised the role as Black Noir’s replacement, Black Noir II, in the fourth season of Amazon Prime Video smash hit. You might also recognize him from iZombie (2016–2017) and Psych: The Movie (2017).
Mitchell plays Zion, Georgia’s ex-boyfriend and Ginny’s biological father.
Katelyn Wells as Silver

Before joining Ginny & Georgia, actress and screenwriter Katelyn Wells appeared on Netflix’s Anne With an E (2017–2019) and Freeform’s The Bold Type (2017–2020).
On Ginny & Georgia, Wells plays Silver, the fabulous costume designer for the school drama club who is Marcus’ friend and Max’s love interest.
Ty Doran as Wolfe

After popping up in a few under-the-radar shows, Ty Doran scored his breakout gig as Cal on NBC’s supernatural drama Manifest (2021–2023). Now, with his arrival in season 3 of Ginny & Georgia, it’s safe to say his star power is about to skyrocket.
Doran plays Wolfe, a chill classmate in Ginny’s poetry class (even though poetry isn’t his thing).
Noah Lamanna as Tris

Toronto actor Noah Lamanna brings flair to everything they do, whether it’s musical theatre, puppetry, or even drag. You might’ve caught them as Chief Jay on Star Trek: Strange New Worlds (2023) or as Dev on Beacon 23 (2024). And just recently, they popped up as Kat, Ellie’s (Bella Ramsey) ex-girlfriend, on season 2 of The Last of Us (2025).
Lamanna portrays Tris on Ginny & Georgia, a booksmart skateboarder and peer tutor who’s friends with Marcus and Silver.
